A few weeks ago I took the boys to feed the ducks. I realized that I think it's the first time either of them ever had. It's kind of sad that Eli is four and had never fed ducks. Well, we remedied that. 
It's a good thing they were left over hamburger and hot dog buns, not moldy ones, since the boys both decided they were as hungry as the ducks.

They got the hang of it eventually and had fun.
